• Safety & Security Data: Images via authorized jobsite surveillance or project photography for safety, quality control (QA/QC), and site security.

• Executing construction services and managing prime/subcontractor agreements.
• Validating identity for jobsite access and maintaining OSHA 29 CFR 1926 safety compliance.
• Responding to formal inquiries and fulfilling contractual or jurisdictional obligations.

4. Information Sharing & Subcontractor Standards

ConstructCo does not sell your personal information. We only share data with trusted partners required for project execution:

• Subcontractors & Vendors: Any third-party service providers engaged by ConstructCo are contractually required to maintain data security standards no less rigorous than our own and must comply with all applicable state and federal privacy laws.
• Regulatory Authorities: When required by law, permit acquisition, or to meet national security requirements.

5. Regional Rights (California & Texas)

ConstructCo provides specific protections and rights to residents of California (under the CPRA) and Texas (under the TDPSA), including:

• Right to Know & Access: The right to request a report of what personal data we have collected since January 1, 2022.
• Right to Delete: The right to request the permanent removal of data, subject to legal retention mandates.
• Right to Correct: The right to fix inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
• Right to Opt-Out: While we do not sell data, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC)signals as a valid request to opt-out of data processing for targeted advertising.

6. Storage, Security & Audit
