About ConstructCo
ConstructCo is a licensed commercial general contractor and Woman-Owned Business Enterprise specializing in regulated construction across California. We support institutional clients and property portfolios that need disciplined execution on structured capital programs.
Our licensed internal divisions perform the primary construction disciplines, with coordinated engineering services. Because we are vertically integrated, we keep direct control over sequencing, technical standards and field execution on complex commercial projects.
We organize our operations around regulatory compliance, operational continuity and long-term asset performance. Integrated engineering, direct field capabilities and managed specialty trades give capital programs and multi-site portfolios the documented oversight and fiscal accountability they require.
Why ConstructCo Exists
ConstructCo was built to solve the fragmentation that slows commercial and industrial projects. When engineering, design, permitting, contractors, specialty trades, inspections and closeout are each managed separately, the gaps between them become the schedule — and the client ends up coordinating parties who do not answer to one another.
We centralize that control instead. Corporate clients get one team accountable for communication, coordination, schedule progress, risk management and project completion, from the first existing-condition review through to final inspection sign-off.
